We roast fresh every week, in Calgary, to ensure when you get your bag, you can see and smell the difference even before you brew. Please note, our coffee is prepared with care and following Alberta Health Services guidelines using a home kitchen.
We roast our coffee medium as we believe this allows for the best flavour-to-caffeine ratio for the beans we feature on our menu. However, we can do lighter or darker if you prefer, just let us know when you order or email us.
We offer a rotating menu featuring some of the best coffee flavours from around the world, as well as two custom blends inspired by our ties to Western Australia.
